Switching your cover

PatientChoice allows you to switch to your health insurance over to us without the worry of losing cover for conditions and medical problems you may already have had.

To qualify, you will have to complete a simple application form and answer medical questions about your health. You will not be required to have a medical examination. If your application is accepted, you will not be required to wait a period of time before being able to claim for new or existing conditions.

Please note that PatientChoice policies offer medical insurance in a manner that may differ from your previous insurer and that there is no guarantee that you will be accepted as a policyholder if you switch from another insurer.
